Rep. Bachmann: 'Democrats Want A Federal Shutdown'

As a showdown in Congress looms over the federal budget, Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) claims Democrats would like to see the federal government shutdown after the current continuing resolution runs out on April 8th.
