Newt Gingrich: Holder Should Resign After Terror Verdict

Nov. 21, 2010 — The Obama Administration's plans to try accused terrorists in civilian court instead of military tribunals has failed, says former House Speaker Newt Gringrich. He also says profiling is needed in our nation's airports.
