Dick Morris: President Obama Surrenders on Tax Cuts

President Barack Obama’s compromise with Republicans on the Bush tax cuts was akin to Gen. Robert E. Lee’s surrender at Appomattox, says political analyst Dick Morris. The move increases the chances Obama will be a one-term president, the Fox News contributor added.
