Secretary of State Hillary Clinton: United Nations is ‘The Single Most Important Global Institution’

In a speech before the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) on Sept. 8, 2010, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton praised the work of the United Nations and said it is “the single most important global institution.”
