President Obama's campaign manager David Plouffe talks with NBC's "Meet the Press" about the economy on it's impact on Democrats in the midterm elections. Plouffe tells host David Gregory that he believes Democrats "can maintain control in both chambers if we make this a choice between two people in districts and states and we have to make sure Democratic turnout jumps up."
