Gates: It’s Not Time for 'Premature Victory Parades'

As the U.S. combat role ends in Iraq, Defense Secretary Robert Gates said political paralysis and continued sectarian violence cloud that country's future. Gates also talked about the U.S. strategy in Afghanistan before the American Legion’s annual conference.
