On March 20 & 21, 2010, tens of thousands of American citizens exercised their Constitutional right to peaceably assemble in Washington DC, and petition the Government for a redress of grievances. Left-wing politicians were not happy to see them, especially in such large numbers, so they began a smear campaign and are actively attempting to bully and scare them away from exercising their first amendment rights. For those of us who were in Washington, their campaign is ridiculous and despicable, but not surprising.

Exhibit A: Three Tea Party Protesters conversing with an Obama supporter. It is clear, he was the one getting belligerent and was misinformed about the issues. He also despised Sen. Lieberman, simply because he sometimes opposes Obama.

Exhibit B: As the tea party protesters calmly tried to talk some sense to this man, a large banner which was carried all weekend by a wise protester was visible. It warned the Tea partiers that there would be agent provocateurs setting them up, and then filming the incident, to slander them. The sign read All Tea Party: If you hear a racial slur, step away, point, boo, and take the picture of the rat bastard & put it on the web.

Exhibit C: Due to the ridiculous schedule forced on the congress by their leadership, the Obamacare vote took place near midnight on a Sunday. As we faithfully kept our vigil opposing the bill, aggressive Obamacare supporters, working in conjunction with mybarackobama.com, muscled their way into the front of our assembly, to shout us down and distract us. So, as we protested elected officials, and, at the same time, ignored Pro-Obamacare supporters, the pro-Obamacare people made it their cause to oppose us and sabotage our efforts. Why were they not simply voicing their opinion to the representatives as we were? Why do they continue to aggressively intimidate patriotic Americans in person, in the media, and also by slanderous accusations and lies being publicly spread by left-wing politicians? What should be our response?

We will not allow deceivers to create a false narrative about us and those who stand against this leftist agenda. We will not allow slanderers and a corrupt and biased media to distract us from the three great principles of the tea party movement: Fiscal Responsibility, Constitutionally limited Government, & free markets These are the very issues the power-drunk politicians want America to forget! And we will, absolutely never, never, never let them succeed in intimidating us to silence!

Patriotic Americans of all races, creeds, genders, and ages must continue to publicly assemble; passionately and persuasively opposing politicians and policies which violate the great Constitutional and Free Market principles which have made our Nation the most exceptional in human history! The entitlement mentality must not prevail! We will be heard on the streets, in our businesses, from our houses of worship, on the web, across the airwaves, and above all, with resounding thunder, in voting booths across our great Land!
